Quick Hello, out and about

Hello hello!

After hours of wrestling with WordPress, viola:

As so many people do, I have to apologize for the slow blogging the past two weeks. Life was getting in the way as much as researching the post, which I consider a Good Thing.

Been working on my watercolors when words aren't quite right.
Been working on my watercolors when words aren’t quite right.

In the past few weeks, I’ve helped move several tonnes of concrete cubes for artificial reefs, seen seahorses out in the muck, made shark-shaped cookies for an educational program, said goodbye to some friends and fellow travelers, conducted three interviews, attached coral fragments to an underwater sculpture, gotten back to painting, and tried to get enough sleep to be functional the next day.

It’s been excellent.

All the same, I hope to have more blog posts out soon with more complicated content. They’ve gotten a little long – sorry.

One final barrier to prompt turnaround is that I will be doing my SCUBA Instructor certification starting tomorrow! I’m so nervous! It is quite a chunk of my budget! But it will be worth it! I hope.

As an apology, here are some images from my life these past few days.
